VidaPerruna Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using VidaPerruna you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

VidaPerruna is a mobile app for recording and coordinating a dog's care among several people. It is a recording and organisation tool, nothing more.

3. Requirements

You need a compatible iOS or Android device, an internet connection and an account with a valid email address you can confirm.

You must be at least 16 years old if you live in the European Economic Area, and at least 13 years old elsewhere.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the information you record and for keeping your password confidential. If you believe someone has accessed your account, change your password and write to soporte@vidaperruna.co.

Do not share your account: for someone else to take part in a dog's care there is the invitation system, which gives them their own access with a defined role.

5. Your content

The dog's details, photos, notes and history you record belong to you and to the people you share them with. We do not use them for anything other than running the service (see the privacy policy).

You agree not to upload illegal content, content you have no rights to, or third parties' personal data without their knowledge — including the email addresses of the people you invite.

6. Sharing with other carers

When you invite someone to a dog, you grant them access to that dog's data according to the role you assign:

Owner: full control, including deleting the dog and transferring ownership.
Co-owner: can edit the dog and manage its information.
Caregiver: can record and review the dog's activity.

You are responsible for who you invite and for the access you grant. You can revoke it at any time. Note that the data other people record while they have access belongs to the dog's history and is kept even after they leave.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use VidaPerruna for illegal activities, to access accounts or data that are not yours, to attempt to breach the service's security, to automate or overload the system, or to resell access.

8. Availability, changes and suspension

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. When a change is material, we will communicate it with reasonable notice.

VidaPerruna is currently free. If paid features are added in the future, they will be announced beforehand with their own conditions.

9. Deletion and termination

You can delete your account whenever you want from Profile → Account & privacy → Delete account, or from the public deletion page. The detail of what is deleted and what is kept anonymized is in the privacy policy.

We may close an account that seriously breaches these terms, stating the reason where possible.

10. Intellectual property

VidaPerruna's software, brand and design belong to GAMC Unchained LLC. These terms transfer no rights over them to you. Your content remains yours.

11. Third-party services

VidaPerruna relies on external providers (hosting, email delivery, store distribution). Their operation is governed by their own terms and is outside our control. The list is in the privacy policy.

12. Not a veterinary service

VidaPerruna helps you record and coordinate care. It does not provide diagnoses, treatments or veterinary advice. The information you see in the app comes from what you and other carers have recorded.

For any doubt about your dog's health, consult a veterinary professional. In an emergency, go directly to a veterinary service: do not use the app as an intermediary and do not wait to record anything.

13. Liability and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, that it will be free of defects, or that the information recorded by users is correct, complete or fit for any particular purpose. VidaPerruna does not replace a veterinary professional's judgement.

To the extent permitted by law, GAMC Unchained LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; since VidaPerruna is currently free, that amount is zero.

None of the above limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and it does not affect any mandatory rights granted to you by the consumer law of your country of residence. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another territory with equivalent protections, those protections take precedence over this clause.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Wyoming shall have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another territory whose law guarantees you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile, or to have the law of your habitual residence applied, that guarantee prevails over this paragraph. Nothing here deprives you of it.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date and publish the new version at https://vidaperruna.co. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
